Management Approach

SICS will allocate the necessary skills and resources to ensure expeditious and accurate execution of the project. A core project team will be dedicated full time to the project and collocated on site and at our global delivery centers. Specialists and technical support will be brought onto the project as needed, depending on project phase and the timing and duration of specific tasks. This ensures that the team is well equipped to handle emergency situations.
