Krishnadas Pisharam has more than 13 years of experience in IT industry. He is one of the founders of the company and is responsible for Strategic Planning, Operations and Project Execution. Prior to starting Srishti Innovative, he worked as a manager in UST-Global where he managed many mission critical software projects and also worked as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies. He is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2ee and Project Management Certified professional.

Preetha Mohan has more than 9 years of experience in IT Industry. She started her career as a Programmer with Emutech Ltd. She worked with UST- Global and then in Ceders Sanai Medical Center Los Angeles in the Database Stream. She has extensive IT experience and instrumental in building the corporate training programs for Srishti.

Vignesh Raj has extensive IT experience and instrumental in setting up the technopark office in Trivandrum. He comes from a Dotnet /Oracle background and started the center of excellence for web development in Srishti. He is responsible for Business Development, Customer Retention and Revenue Growth. .
