Mr.Krishnadas Pisharam is the CEO and President of Srishti Innovative Computer Systems (SICS). With more than 14 years of expertise in IT industry, he is mainly responsible for the Strategic Planning, Operations and Project Execution of the company. Prior to starting Srishti Innovative, Mr.Pisharam worked as a manager in UST-Global where he managed many mission critical software projects and also worked as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies. He is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2ee and Project Management Certified professional.
Mr.Pisharam's thought 'Quality beyond contract' is the soul driving force of the company, which has led to the achievement of milestones coveted by others. With a strong sense of corporate responsibility and belief that "quality education is every child's right" an organization of charity called "Prateksha" is conceived which bridges the gap between a child's desires for a better future with the aid of education.
Mrs. Preetha Mohan is the Executive Director of SICS. She has more than 12 years of experience in IT industry. Since inception she has played a very important role in taking Srishti to new heights. With hands on experience and in IT and diverse knowledge work which she has obtained working with many prolific companies like Emutech Ltd,UST- Global & Ceders Sanai Medical Center Los Angeles.
With diverse knowledge and hands on work experience which she obtained working with many prolific companies like Emutech Ltd, UST- Global & Ceders Sanai Medical Center Los Angeles, she has been instrumental in building the corporate training programs for Srishti.
Mr. Vignesh Raj holds the designation of Director of SICS. With extensive work experience in IT and programming (Dot net and oracle) he is mainly responsible for Business Development, Client Management and Financial dealings of the company. His leadership has been phenomenal in setting up Website Development and increasing the revenue growth of the company.
Prior to joining Srishti he has worked with many high profile IT companies and had been instrumental in setting up branches of Srishti in Technopark.
Mr. Rajagopal Mahadevan serves as the General Manager of Srishti Innovative. He is responsible for managing the software development especially the PHP wing of the company. He played a key role in setting up the website and web app development practice of the company. A dynamic person with 10+ years of experience he comes with hands on experience in web application and client management. His easy going nature and passion for the work makes him an ideal guru to follow. He has worked and executed various key projects which had ultimately helped the company set up a strong base in website development.
